Product Description

ANE-MVB-FC-3 is a 100% solid, two component fast cure 3-gallon moisture vapor barrier epoxy coating, component, designed to be used as a moisture vapor retarder for concrete and a variety of finished floor coverings such as vinyl tiles and sheeting, hard wood etc.

It can be used as a primer for both flake and metallic coats. It provides some fast-curing speed at ambient and low temperature conditions. It also exhibits excellent mechanical properties. ANE-MVB-FC-3 controls moisture vapor emission rates up to 25lbs./24hr/1000 sq ft while providing excellent mechanical properties and good chemical resistance.  They can be colored or mixed with various solid liquid or metallic liquid pigments. When tinted, you can apply vinyl flakes over the coat when moisture is detected. 

Coverage: For flake floors, 400-450 sq ft. per 3-gallon kit. As a primer base for metallic floors, 350-400 sq ft per 3-gallon kit.
