Surfacelogix Cobble Loc is two-part, water based clear sealer designed to enhance and protect concrete pavers, natural stone, stamped concrete, and other concrete surfaces. Cobble Loc achieves an enhanced appearance like traditional solvent-based sealers, in an eco-friendly, low-VOC formulation. Cobble Loc protects surfaces, provides chemical resistance, locks down joint sands, and inhibits weed growth and anthills. Cobble Loc is available in multiple finishes and with or without a nonslip grip additive.

Cobble Loc is a concentrated two-part formula sold as a kit that requires mixing and dilution. A 1-gallon kit makes 2 gallons of sealer, 2.5-gallon kits makes 5 gallons, and 5-gallon kit makes 10 gallons.

Applications

Use Cobble Loc Hi-Gloss on driveways, pool decks, entryways, walkways, median strips, and patios, where a gloss finish is desired.  Cobble Loc Hi-Gloss is not recommended for pavers installed over a solid surface or on surfaces where moisture is unable

Before You Begin: Surfaces must be clean and free of any contaminants before sealing. Cobble Loc with Grip performance is directly related to how thoroughly the surface is prepared. Do not apply when the temperature of the air or the surface to be coated is below 50°F. Testing on your surface is always recommended to ensure desired results.

Surface Preparation: Smooth concrete must be etched. Scrape and sand all loose material prior to application. , , and  may be used for specific cleaning situations.

Mixing Instructions: Cobble Loc is a two-component kit. Part A must be mixed with Part B. 1-gallon kits include a quart of Part B, and 5-gallon kits include a short-filled 5-gallon pail and a one-gallon can of Part B. Mix part A and part B with a good power mixer for a minimum of 2 - 5 minutes, and then dilute one part of mixed sealer to one part of water with good mixing.
Applications:

• Roller: Apply with a 3/8” to 3/4” nap roller cover. Avoid over rolling. Always maintain a wet edge. NOTE: It is not recommended to apply Cobble Loc with Grip using rollers; only use if need to back roll to remove excess.
• Airless Sprayer: Spray by overlapping each pass. Always apply in an even film deposit and maintain a working wet line; do not over-apply.
• On Bare Surface: One and sometimes two thin coats (2 dry mils) provide the best results on uncoated surfaces. A second coat can be applied after 4-6 hours of dry time.
• Over Previously Sealed Surface: One coat is recommended.

Curing Information
Dry To Touch: 2 to 6 Hours (varies with conditions)

Full Cure: 48 to 72 Hours
