OCM Bentoswell Primer is a trowel-grade sodium bentonite-butyl rubber sealant designed for below-grade concrete waterproofing.

It swells upon contact with water, creating a water-tight seal and serving as a detail accessory for use with other waterproofing products.

Application Instructions
Ensure surfaces are clean and dry before application. Apply at temperatures above 25°F, and condition the material to a minimum of 40°F prior to use. The material should be applied at a minimum thickness of 1/4”.

Storage and Shelf Life
Store between 40-110°F (4-43°C). When stored as recommended, the shelf life is 12 months.
