This pivot's small size belies its power. This maintenance-free center-hung pivot hinge System One can handle doors up to 1,100 lbs. Very wide and very tall doors are no problem. For example, 26ft. high doors have been installed as well as 20ft wide doors.

Installation

Just install the FritsJurgens patented base and ceiling plates exactly where you want your door and drop the door panel into position. Adjust to a perfect flush fit and you are done!
